Our 2008 Arbequina, Manzanillo, and Estate Blend olive oils have been certified by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) as being of Extra Virgin Olive Oil quality.  To gain this certification status, the oils had to be chemically analyzed by a reputable lab and meet or exceed specific standards established by the COOC.  In addition, the oils had to pass a taste test by a special COOC panel of professional tasters.  We continue to be very proud of the quality of our extra virgin olive oils.
